At present, the factory covers a total area of 200 mu, with 4 physical production bases, 1 import and export trading company, more than 500 employees, including 4 senior engineers, 7 engineers, more than 80 professional technicians. The total area of four smelting workshops is 18000 square meters, including 4 model workshops, 5 molding production lines (V molding production line, lost mold negative pressure molding production line, hardening sand molding production line), 14 new medium frequency smelting furnaces (4 10-ton furnaces, 8 5-ton furnaces, 1 3-ton furnaces, 1 1-ton furnaces), and four sets of advanced testing systems. Equipped with laboratory testing equipment and spectral inspection equipment, our company has 7 electrothermal treatment kilns with large electric furnace, and a recycled quenching pool of nearly 4000 cubic meters.
